Return of a proper quality commodity

Conditions for returning a proper quality commodity


• You may refuse from the ordered goods at any time prior to its receiving, at the moment of goods transfer by the courier, as well as upon receiving thereof - within 14 calendar days.
• Return of a proper quality commodity is possible if its market condition is preserved (package, seals, labels), consumer properties as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified commodity (a sales slip or a cash-register receipt).
• In order to return the commodity you will also need an identification document (passport of a Russian Federation citizen/ passport for foreign trips, a temporary identification document of a Russian Federation citizen to be issued for the period of passport execution, military registration card, driver“s license).
• The non-food commodities which are included into the approved list under the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 1998 No. 55 are not subject to return. (see the list)

Return of an improper quality commodity


A commodity of improper quality is a commodity failing to provide for its functional properties through a substantial fault. A commodity of improper quality also includes a commodity being returned due to nonconformity to that ordered (article, colour, quality, size). A difference of design elements or appearance from those defined in description on the web-site is not deemed a commodity fault or non-functionality.

Procedure for making claims as to quality and return of goods


To return a commodity as well in case of making claims as to commodity quality the applicant must:

3. Thoroughly pack the goods to be returned into the package from Motivi online store, put in your sales slip or cash-register receipt, filled-in application, a copy of identification document.
4. The commodity must be transferred in full fitting, with all the details and the full set of accessories as specified in specifications therefor (technical certificate or replacing document).

General provisions
Within 10 days after we receive the returned commodity you will be refunded. The term of crediting to your account depends on the terms established by the internal regulations of the bank.
I.e. at return of a proper quality commodity within 10 days you will be credited with the amount of that commodity, and in the event of return of an improper quality commodity you will be refunded for commodity price including shipment costs.
